ABOUT US
The law firm of Peter S. Canelias-Attorney at Law concentrates in intellectual
property and technology law. Peter Canelias is the principal of the
firm and the primary provider of services. Created in 1995 as an alternative
to large scale intellectual property firms, by design the firm remains
small, agile, and economically efficient. These benefits enable the
firm to represent an international clientele, ranging in size from large,
publicly traded companies to individuals.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is that each matter requires independent,
thoughtful attention, since there is no "one-size-fits-all"
legal strategy (or law firm). We draw out client concerns and objectives
through proper questions, educate our client about the available procedures
under the relevant law, and help the client select the most advantageous
course of action. Our advice is informed by practical concerns and a
healthy dose of realism.
